These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Limitless Miles website, mobile application, and related services (together, the "Platform"). By creating an account, browsing the Platform, or using any of its features, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to them, you must not use the Platform.
If you are using the Platform on behalf of a riding community, club, or other organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" refers to both you individually and that organization.

Wherever these Terms refer to "Limitless Miles", "we", "us", or "our", they refer to Exposure OÜ acting under that brand name. The contract formed by these Terms is between you and Exposure OÜ.
To use the Platform, you must be at least 16 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under the laws that apply to you. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

We may add, change, or discontinue individual features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes that affect features you actively use.

Endurance Challenges are long-distance riding activities inspired by established endurance riding traditions. They are entirely voluntary. By participating in an Endurance Challenge, you acknowledge and accept that:
Nothing in this section encourages you to exceed speed limits, ride while fatigued, or take unnecessary risks in pursuit of a challenge target. Always ride within your ability and the law.
The Marketplace connects riders with independent, third-party bike owners and tour operators ("Marketplace Partners"). When you book a rental or tour, you are entering into a separate agreement directly with that Marketplace Partner. Limitless Miles acts as an intermediary that facilitates the booking and payment; it is not a party to the rental or tour agreement itself.
We take reasonable steps to vet Marketplace Partners before listing them, but we do not guarantee the condition of any vehicle, the conduct of any operator, or the accuracy of any listing. Any dispute regarding the rental or tour itself should first be raised with the Marketplace Partner. Cancellation and refund terms for Marketplace bookings are set out in our Refund Policy.
Merch Studio allows you to design and order custom-printed apparel. Because each item is produced specifically for you after you place an order, production begins promptly and customized items are generally not eligible for return except where defective. You are responsible for the content of any design, text, or image you upload or submit. You confirm that you own or have the right to use any artwork, text, or image you submit, and that it does not infringe any third party's rights or violate applicable law. We reserve the right to decline to print any design that we reasonably believe is unlawful, infringing, or offensive.
Payments made through the Platform are processed by a third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you authorize Exposure OÜ to charge your chosen payment method for the applicable amount, including any taxes and fees. Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may vary based on your location.
Charges will appear on your bank or card statement under a descriptor that includes Exposure OÜ. Full detail is set out in our Refund Policy.
The Platform, including its design, software, logos, and the Limitless Miles brand name and marks, is owned by or licensed to Exposure OÜ and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Platform without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of the content you post to the Social Hub or elsewhere on the Platform, including photos, ride logs, and comments ("Your Content"). By posting Your Content, you grant Exposure OÜ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute Your Content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.
You are solely responsible for Your Content. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law, but we are not obligated to monitor content in advance.
You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or if required to do so by law.
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ends immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law, will continue to apply.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that route, distance, or telemetry data will always be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by Estonian law, Exposure OÜ's total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform will not exceed the greater of one hundred euros (EUR 100) or the amount you paid to Exposure OÜ in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Exposure OÜ, its officers, and employees from any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or Your Content, except to the extent caused by our own negligence or wilful misconduct.
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia. If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence may also apply and are not affected by this section.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or for legal or regulatory reasons. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
